Tailor-made property tours, normally 4-5 days in length but extensions can be arranged if you wish to add on other tours and take a vacation. Our tours include:

• Meet & greet service at the airport
• Hotel or Guest house accommodation on a B & B basis
• Services of a qualified Tour Guide
• An introductory talk by your guide
• Transport to view properties in various locations, according to requirements
• A final evening group dinner at one of the many fabulous restaurants in your tour location.

During the tour a presentation will be given on the procedures and processes associated with buying property abroad, and we will answer any questions you have about purchasing, financing and managing your property.

We will refund part of the cost of your property tour, as on the itinerary (not including your flights) if you subsequently purchase a property through Elephant Shrew* - to the value of 0.25% of your property sale price up to a maximum of a full refund for two people.

*This is valid for one year after your return date and is payable on completion of purchase and subject to exchange rates in effect at the time payment of the refund is due.
